We innovate with system. We do not wait for innovation to emerge sporadically and by chance, but pursue it with awareness and determination. We have our own innovation system that provides the guidelines and procedures necessary to regulate the operation of innovation in the company, with the objective that the way to innovate is clear and something continuous and repeatable. In addition, we measure how things are going from the innovation culture index to the number of ideas that end up in projects.

BOXES FOR THE INCUBATION OF IDEAS
Our engineers have at your disposal the Innovation BOXES, spaces for incubation and prototyping of ideas. A mentor in business models and entrepreneurship helps the entrepreneur in the maturation of the idea, and then submit it to the Innovation Committee, where it is evaluated. Once approved, a budget is allocated and the project is launched, which will continue to be supported by the mentor.


METHODOLOGY
Big companies have a hard time innovating, so in CENTUM we do it as a startup. We use the latest methodologies in entrepreneurship and creation of business models, already unquestionable for many, under the premise of developing projects that cover needs, projects that are really useful for our customers. To do this, we use the Lean Startup and Customer Development method, and Alex Osterwalder’s business model generation practices, which provide agility, understanding, and efficiency.
